Product Description:

Crown Trade Timonox Top Coat is a water-based, anti-graffiti glaze that provides a tough gloss finish to interior walls and ceilings for extra durability and protection. Formulated for use in conjunction with Timonox Acrylic Eggshell flame-retardant emulsion, Timonox Top Coat helps to inhibit the spread of flames during a fire, making it ideal for communal and high-traffic areas. Offering a comprehensive, flame-retardant solution, all Crown Trade Timonox products comply with British Standard and European fire test standards. In the event of a fire, slowing the spread of flames on walls and ceilings can buy valuable time for evacuation of the building, reducing fire damage and saving lives. Crown Trade Timonox Top Coat is specially formulated for overcoating interior walls and ceilings that have been painted with flame-retardant Timonox Acrylic Eggshell paint. This water-based glaze provides a tough gloss finish for added durability and has the added benefit of offering a sacrificial anti-graffiti surface, making it ideal for use in public and communal areas and buildings.

Our UK delivery service is available online. All our UK online orders are shipped by a tracked express courier service - DPD, Parcelforce, FedEx, or similar

Currently, we are just starting out so are advising customers to allow up to 5 working days for delivery. We will contact you to confirm a date once your order has been processed. We will try to get it out faster to you, and if there is any issue at all, we will contact you asap. If you need your order sooner than this, please call us on 01566248008, and we can confirm if this is possible for you.

We use a trusted fully-tracked service to ensure your order arrives swiftly and in perfect condition. You will receive an email and text message to track your order.

We can deliver throughout the mainland UK and to the majority of non-mainland UK areas.

Please note, due to external factors that affect road services, we cannot 100% guarantee next-day delivery. Please ensure you order within plenty of time for your project and allow 48 hours before contacting our Customer Service team.

Returns

You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint, which is made to order.

Returns via courier

To arrange collection, please contact us Contact - Painters Paradise with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection by the preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, it is our aim to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you'll be entitled to a refund and replacement. If you think your item is faulty, please contact us Contact - Painters Paradise

Exchanges

We'll ship your requested item right away. If your requested item isn't in stock, we'll contact you to offer you an alternative or refund. If there's a difference in price, we'll refund you or get in touch for payment.

If you require an alternative item as quickly as possible, we would suggest placing a new order and send the original back to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
