Owatrol Oil Penetrating Rust Inhibitor & Colourless Oil-Based Paint Additive

Owatrol Oil is a multifunctional, deeply penetrating air drying oil that can be used on its own or in combination with paint. When used alone as a rust inhibitor, it creates a strong, flexible finish, expelling extra moisture and air from damaged metal and effectively displacing it, halting the progression of rust. When used alone on porous wood surfaces, it will saturate the wood, guard against moisture damage, and stop paint from flaking.

Any oil- or alkyd-based coatings will have longer wet edge times, better flow, and stronger adhesion when a paint conditioner is added. It will preserve the intrinsic quality of the paint without changing its look or drying times, unlike harmful thinners, enabling you to obtain a more professional finish.
