Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus is a next-generation universal water-based primer, sealer, and stain killer. It is ideal for interior and exterior painting projects. Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus delivers performance benefits normally only associated with solvent-based primers, including exceptional adhesion and stain blocking. No other water-based primer delivers the stain-blocking power of Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus. It is specially formulated to resist re-wetting, meaning it can block water-soluble stains like a solvent-based primer and seal oil-soluble stains, meaning painting projects can be completed with just one primer. Uniquely, it can be applied directly over water and smoke stains. Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus bonds to wood, plaster, concrete, gloss enamels, hardboard, glass, and tile. Seals porous surfaces and traps most stains in the primer film - water, graffiti, grease, rust, cedar & redwood tannin, creosote, smoke damage, and asphalt stains. Allow two hours of dry time when using as a stain blocker. Some stains may require a second coat. Not suitable for use on steel or other ferrous metals as flash rusting may occur.

Our UK delivery service is available online. All our UK online orders are shipped by a tracked express courier service - DPD, Parcelforce, FedEx, or similar

Returns
You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint, which is made to order.
Returns via courier
To arrange collection, please contact us Contact - Painters Paradise with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection by the preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service.
Faulty items

Exchanges
We'll ship your requested item right away. If your requested item isn't in stock, we'll contact you to offer you an alternative or refund. If there's a difference in price, we'll refund you or get in touch for payment.
If you require an alternative item as quickly as possible, we would suggest placing a new order and send the original back to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
Refunds
For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
