Product Description:
Zinsser Grade 1 is a high-performance, mould-resistant paint for the interior decoration of walls and ceilings in traditional and historic buildings, including churches, castles and period properties. When decorating traditional and historic properties it is essential to ensure that the particular requirements of the building are met. Standard primers and emulsions will trap any moisture causing the finish to quickly flake and crack. The unique formula of Zinsser Grade 1 is specially formulated to tackle all the problems that can be found in period properties. A primer, sealer and finish in one, Grade 1 requires no washing down and no additional primer. In addition, it is re-coatable in just two hours. Its vapour permeable film allows the painted substrate to "breathe". Resistant to high pH surfaces (up to 12.5) including plaster, poured concrete, concrete block, stucco and 'hot' joints/texture compounds. Seals porous surfaces. Blocks difficult stains from fire and smoke damage and nicotine.

Returns
You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint, which is made to order.
Returns via courier
To arrange collection, please contact us Contact - Painters Paradise with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection by the preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service.
Faulty items

Exchanges
We'll ship your requested item right away. If your requested item isn't in stock, we'll contact you to offer you an alternative or refund. If there's a difference in price, we'll refund you or get in touch for payment.
If you require an alternative item as quickly as possible, we would suggest placing a new order and send the original back to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
